About Andy

Andy is uniquely skilled in workers compensation litigation.

Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, Andy attended Villanova University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore in 1996, he was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in December, 1996.

Following graduation from law school, he was honored to be granted a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Richard H. Sothoron, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland, where he served from 1996 to 1997.
