Andy is uniquely skilled in workers compensation litigation.

Born in Silver Spring, Maryland, Andy attended Villanova University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore in 1996, he was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in December, 1996.
