Preview Banner
BSG Law is proud to share that Gretchen Rogers and Ari Laric had the opportunity to present at Hot Tips in Workers’ Compensation, Maryland’s premier workers’ compensation educational program, hosted by the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) Negligence, Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation Section on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

This annual program is one of the most valuable learning opportunities for attorneys practicing in Maryland workers’ compensation law. The comprehensive virtual format delivers essential updates and practical guidance on some of the most important issues shaping the field today—including appellate strategy, effective use of digital evidence, and direct insights from the Workers’ Compensation Commission Chair.

Attending Hot Tips in Workers’ Compensation remains the most efficient and impactful way for legal professionals to stay current in this rapidly evolving area of law.

We are especially proud of our attorneys’ contributions to this year’s program:

  • Gretchen Rogers presented on strategic approaches in workers’ compensation litigation, offering practical, experience‑driven guidance for navigating complex cases.
  • Ari Laric presented on advocating for permanent total disability, sharing key considerations and best practices for securing full benefits for injured workers.

Their participation reflects BSG Law’s ongoing commitment to advancing the practice of workers’ compensation law and supporting the legal community through education and leadership.

We extend our sincere thanks to the MSBA, Program Director Michael Steinhardt, and all of the outstanding presenters for putting together such a thoughtful, well‑organized, and engaging program. It was an honor to be part of it.
