About Evan
Evan grew up on Long Island but has been a Maryland resident since 2022. When he’s not working, Evan spends time pruning his indoor garden, cooking new recipes for himself and his partner, and finding new trails to hike with his miniature dachshund.
Professional Experience
Evan graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2025. During law school, he published a comment in the Catholic University Law Review, was a competing member in the Moot Court Association, and worked as a Law Clerk for the US Department of Labor and at Smouse and Mason LLC. Following graduation, Evan served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lisa A. Hall Johnson in the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County, where he assisted the bench in its daily operations. Today, Evan uses this track record of experience and dedication to represent injured workers in Maryland Workers’ Compensation claims.
