Death and disability are inevitable. Being unprepared is unforgivable and unkind:
- Unforgivable, because it is so easy to be prepared
- Unkind because a failure to prepare leaves the burden for our loved ones.
Why do we put off thinking about these issues? Some of the reasons are because:
- The thought is unsettling

The problem is tomorrow may be too late. If you die, become disabled, or become ill it may be too late to draft a will, create a health care power of attorney, or plan for Medicaid.

The practice group is led by David Galinis.
