About Charles
Charles grew up in Montgomery County and has been a Maryland resident for all of his life. Charles spends his spare time hiking, traveling, exercising, reading, making music, and spending time with friends and family. He also speaks Spanish.
Professional Experience:
Charles graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2021. During his time in law school, he was a student attorney with the Office of the Public Defender, a Byron L. Warnken Moot Court Competition winner (Best Oral Argument), and a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Philip S. Jackson in the Baltimore City Circuit Court. Following law school, he clerked for Judge Jackson and assisted with the daily functions of the Circuit Court. After his clerkship, Charles provided pro bono representation for adults detained by ICE throughout their immigration proceedings. Through his previous professional experience and dedication to his clients, Charles brings an extensive legal advocacy background to his current practice representing injured workers through their workers’ compensation claims.
