About Rachel
Rachel was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, and lived for several years in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to the District of Columbia. Prior to becoming an attorney, she had a successful career in the financial sector. In her free time, Rachel is a theater enthusiast who also enjoys spinning, boxing, hiking, and exploring local Maryland and Virginia wineries.
Professional Experience
Rachel graduated from the evening division of the American University, Washington College of Law in May, 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was a student member of the federal Pathways Program and worked at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Law and Policy Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division, focusing on the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act litigation and environmental policy.
Rachel is also a proud alumna of the Rising for Justice housing clinic, where she worked as a student attorney representing D.C. tenants facing eviction. These experiences have honed Rachel’s written and oral advocacy skills and strengthened her passion for community service and litigation.
